Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to domestic and select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
